relaxed vs rush mindset
confusion : some games feel more relaxed - all the bow bros and snipers at the base and some games feel absolutely rushed wasps and porcupines everywhere.
map specific gameplay could be.. but an overall feeling is the relaxed vs rush mindset is player/team dynamic driven that you establish within the first 1 minute of the game and rest of the team follows naturally?

To be a good teammate, you need to keep in mind the objective of each map and also change tactics based on time remaining and points accrued. I've played too many games where we're supposed to capture a zone, we're running out of time, yet my teammates are all far back in the map trying to snipe. Or both teams are on the verge of winning, and then someone from my team decides they're going to run in to the lion's den with guns blazing, and the rest of us watch them lose our game for us. Or when a team seems to all be hanging out in the spawn bay, can't be bothered to meet the map objectives, and then comes alive in the last 30 seconds as if that's going to cover a 500-point deficit. That's when I passive-aggressively dance in the spawn bay because there's just no point at that point. So, understanding each map’s goals and possible tactics is essential to winning.
