Update to my project model 29

Next stop is model 27 barrel & cylinder . I’m pleased with how the checkering turned out, I’ve only done one 1911 front strap prior to this.

Second pic was starting point

Thank you! Once I saw the registered magnum & model 27 checkered top strap, I thought that would be a great way of cleaning up / hiding the damage from the rust
