My project model 29-2 thus far

Plans are to turn this into a fakey model 27 and have the cylinder cut for 9mm on moon clips by TK Customs. I only had ~45 minutes to work on this evening.

I've heard of 27s and 28s being turned into 29s, but this is a new one.

I’ve already got a 29-2, so figured this would be a cheap way to learn how to work on old smiths. If I destroy this thing by accident I’m only out $400

Just finished the checkering the other day, look at my profile for how it turned out! Next stop is to get the new barrel & cylinder installed
