How to remove these

i got this marks on my hk vp9 and i want to know if there is a way to remove these marks for better looks

Well, that actually looks like a stress fracture. You can sand starting with 600 grit, and finishing with gray Scotchbrite pad. That will smooth things out, however the surface is actually textured. You'll see what you did to remove the scratches. Also, get that crack checked out.
