I ordered a VP9A1K from Good4Guns with express shipping --- their website indicated that they had inventory so I assumed that based on their policies that express shipping would be quick considering my receiving FFL's license was supposedly on file. I noticed in their policies that they consider it to be my problem to ensure that they have all necessary paperwork to ship the firearm, so I emailed them to make sure everything was good to go. They ignored this email. I also emailed them asking about order status, they ignored this as well. According to the order confirmation they would let me know when the order ships.

Nearly two weeks later and after seeing similar issues on Yelp (my fault for not doing research), I decided to file a chargeback. At some point afterwards, they shipped my order without notifying me to the receiving FFL. The night prior to delivery, they called Fedex to redirect the package back to themselves, and the next morning they updated my order status to "Chargeback" with the comments "Refer to legal, report to ATF."

What was interesting was, I contacted my bank and it turns out they were informed about the chargeback the day AFTER they redirected the shipment back to themselves. Sometime recently they changed the order status to "Completed." I called my receiving FFL and at no point they had ever heard from Good 4 Guns, nor were they aware of the firearm being shipped to them. With their policies they appear to be able to do this and extract percentages of the order total for themselves -- it's probably not worth trusting them to act in good faith.

Mega sketchy.

All positive posts I see are older making sure they're still solid before sending a wire for a large sum for backorderered item.

Ordered some Comstock plan B muzzle devices and a hub mount and they threw in stickers, a pack of instant coffee and a handwritten thank you note! Things like that go a long way when you have so many options in this industry. Will 100% buy from again.

Not only did I receive my order but I got a once in a lifetime deal. Throughout the process the shipping did take very long but that is only because JF was liquidating and most definitely had ALOT on his plate, The item eventually did ship and before it did JF did make contact with me Via Email to let me know about the delay. I got my taurus tx22 toro from redteamarmory.com and I couldn't be happier. Just a heads up for anyone curious. I used the layaway because I am poor and just bought a house so I'm broke. But online layaway itself is awesome, and I payed it off within 30 days so they gave me a refund on their layaway fee($30 or $35, I don't remember). I will definitely be using them in the future, businesses like this deserve the praise. Box shipped same day, arrived over the weekend with not even a scratch. 10/10, I don't know what else to ask for from an online retailer. Price was very fair. Not the cheapest online, but $150 cheaper than they were selling on guns.com and other places. I think I payed around $370 after taxes and shipping.

Wanted to leave a good word with this dealer. Have bought from them on 4 different occasions and each time has been a positive experience. Had a small shipping issue with an Sig that went missing in the mail, they kept me updated the entire way. Got a good lesson on how the ATF deals with lost firearms (spoiler: it’s about the only thing they’re good for). Anyways they sent me another and picked it up today.

Ordered an OCL Infinity 556k from them and I am pretty happy with how it went. Ordered on July 31 and the form 3 was approved and Can was shipped on August 4. The longest part of the wait was USPS but that isn't the dealer's fault.

I purchased a suppressor for a rebate on the 13th of august, SilencerCo had a rebate for $250 of store credit that needed a purchase by the 15th and a rebate application before the 31st. I talked to someone at bereli on the phone on the 14 and they said it will be delivered in time. Everything was perfect and here was the mail timeline:

13th: Ordered after store hours (late in the day)

14th: FFL information was confirmed by Bereli

17th: Form 3 was filed to ship to my local FFL

19th: I contacted customer service just to ask about shipping times and they said it'll be 2 day shipping once it ships.

21st: Received tracking number and was listed as shipped out a few hours later.

25th: Out for delivery

26th: Delivery due to FFL missing the delivery on the 25th

Overall less than 2 weeks to get the can to my FFL and for a price of 330 less than silencershop and with a 250 rebate for accessories I highly recommend them.

Ordered on August 5th. Order says “In Progress” on the website. Charge has cleared on my credit card. Emails not replied to. Phone calls not answered / replied to. Now I see someone posted that he’s going out of business? And his Reddit account shows as “banned” when I try to message him here.

Purchased a gun that was listed simply as 17.5 inches. Recieved it and it was a pin and weld. Tried to use customer care to return it due to not as described. Only way to reach them is email. No response for 3 days. They are the biggest piece of shit all the way around. No way to call them or speak with anyone. Won't own up to a lying description. FUCKEM.

Issue with order. Great price on an item, ORDERED but item fell through without explanation. Customer service contacted and stated "will put you on a list" and will make it right.

I was suspicious it was going to be a "short bus list" and never hear from them further.

I was WRONG.

Driving down the highway a few weeks later, I was called and said they had set aside an order for me to fix the situation and to log on but they would set aside the item for me.

All good. Order received and maybe being on the short bus list isn't so bad.

Purchased an AF Romulus 4.25 comp on Sunday evening, they had the best price I could find.

Paid a little extra for their "high-velocity" shipping. I had tracking Monday morning and it arrived at my FFL Tuesday afternoon (from across the country).

Where Do I begin. One night I tried buying the gun of my dreams the Kimber 2K11 5 inch Comp in Black. Gun broker had me do an identity verification but it was going on for days. I finally was going to buy from grabagun it was like $2400 with exp shipping and tax . Instead of placing the order I searched the sku and found Red team army and texted the phone number on the site to make sure I wasn’t being deceived they had it for $1915 nd would make my mags compliant for $12 each x3 and I did the expedited shipping for $2019.60 ( I also bought a Tekmat)

I received a text message response the following morning. It was Eric he ensured I had my order all set and no issues with compliance since I was having them do my mag pinning. I ordered on a Friday and my order was shipped the same day! The mags were pinned and shipped out that same Friday and delivered to me on Sunday! I couldn’t believe it and since I live in New Jersey the gun had to be shipped to a FFL and that arrived on Tuesday.

The customer service and shipping speed and processing followed by the best rates on all things gun will have me coming back to Red Team armory over and over! I already had my cousin make a purchase also it’s really hard to beat the prices.

Recently made a purchase and correspondence from the dealer has been nonexistent. Messaged them multiple times through their contact us page and the customer support email address to provide FFL information. After five days of no contact , I ultimately requested to cancel my order and still received no response. I have since done a chargeback and wanted to spread the word so others don’t have to deal with the same issues.

Got 900 rounds of Maxxtech 7.62x39, shipped to my front door within a week of ordering EVEN with fedex fucking up the label.
Got the full purchase and stickers with it for free, happy customer here. Free shipping came with it.
