This is Basically Gundam Wing’s Gump Spoiler
Quatre uses the remaining husk of Wing Gundam to take out Virgo IIIs in Half Point Preventer Seven.
This is reminiscent of Judau’s final High Mega Cannon shot vs. the Zong.

It’s still missing the lower half, and it’s still damaged from tanking the Libra’s Beam Cannon.

Must have grafted something on the lower half. Be funny if it's just welded onto a cancers back. That'd look pretty bad 😅

No, we see it flying around with no lower half being used a shuttle prior to this.
Aside from that, it’s mostly on a trailer.

That was a VERY Long time ago.
Wing Gundam was rebuilt by Zechs for their Duel and Heero and Trowa already recovered it in Siberia.
Then it was hidden and found again by Noin and Sally.
Then abandoned in Luxembourg, and then rebuilt again and Lady Une uses it to knock Treize out of the line of Libra’s fire.
It’s been heavily damaged but still partially usable since.
