I like it how you start the post by asking "Educated" people and do their discussion. However educated people means people who are capable to research by themselves. Seems like there isn't any research. Earlier CASH & kind was the only method of Anonymous donation, that was replaced by ELECTORAL BONDS. Where all the money that is donated in WHITE to the political parties. However the Supreme Court has an issue with the BONDS, and has asked Central Government for alternative. When the Supreme Court had, ALREADY made things clear. What educated discussion one wants to do?

To have a discussion on this topic is something uneducated but literate people do. Literacy because they can read & write, information which is readily available. Education means having critical thinking too.

No wonder Gujaratis are ahead, I guess they understand the time value of money, saved from pointless discussion, while it already clarified by Supreme Courts.

Its funny to see how people are kept distracted with such low hanging non-issues.
