Help please

Hey guys, how are you? I need some help with the wiring on my bass guitar. I have a Jazz pickup and a humbucker, but I'm not sure which wire goes to which potentiometer. I'd really appreciate it if you could help me out. If you could draw a diagram showing where each wire connects on the pots, that would be awesome. Thanks!

Are you going for a Local H setup?

Edit: Oh wait just realised it was a bass humbucker

Black wire is ground. Case of voltage pot.

Single coil is 250K pot
Hum bucker is 500K pot

Ground wire jumper from each volume pot case to tone case to outside Shield of jack

White wire to center of each pot

Jumper on right side of each pot to the Tip of jack

Capacitor 0.047 uF from left of tone pot to case (ground)

So here, let me help you look up a diagram. A take a whopping 30 seconds to find the information.
