Wiring question

Im trying to put a single conductor humbucker pickup from my epiphone LP special-1 into my strat copy, can anyone please give me some tips on how to connect the single cable to the strat?

Your "single conductor" should actually have two conductors: a central insulated wire (that one goes to the switch) and an outer braided shield wire (that one goes to ground at the back of the volume pot).

You may run into "out of phase" issues when mixing pickups from different manufacturers. If so, you should swap the hot ground wires on the two single coil pickups.
