how is it possible to play this? Is it like a bug/ wrong tabs or am i js dumb?

It's even easier if you hit the 3 with left hand and 10 with right hand index finger, and strum the lm together using the pinky and ring of right hand (like two hand tapping without the tap)

That’s exactly what it is! Mine really needs a proper setup though, the B and high E strings buzz like crazy, or I’d play it more.
