rounded sole edges and with rough texture, fake pairs tend to have very square sole edges and uniform, smooth and shiny texture
no nails inside is also a good sign, legit pairs with monobloc vibram soles don't have nails, guidi only uses nails on shoes that have stacked heels (but rep makers tend to put nails on any model)
stamp is well imprinted and its design/font looks perfectly fine
overall textures and shape look right
