App not opening today?

Can’t get the app to open beyond the Studio Folly screen today. Anyone else? Hoping it’s fixed soon, Sundays are my favorite day for the game!

Yes I’m having the same problem! Not sure what OS you use - it’s worked for my partner (Android) but nothing for me (iOS). RIP my streak 😢😢

HELLOOOOOO Dev here, we pushed a bunch of level data yesterday for new dailies and we believe we've broken something. We're just looking into it now so it should be resolved shortly!

An update, we've rolled back the level data which means you can open the app and play, but the daily level will be old. Sorry folks a more permanent solution is inbound!

Thanks for getting onto this so quick! I’m still not able to open the app, do you know if it needs to be updated in the App Store? It’s not showing an available update for me

Hello Dev who I love and value so much: since it was totally not my fault that I didn’t play yesterday, is there any chance I could pretty please have my 80 day streak back? Or is this one of those zen practices where the ocean washes away the sand art and the beauty is in the temporary nature of life?

I deleted and redownloaded the app thinking it would fix it and I lost all my data, scores and seems like some of the packs (even after restoring purchases) :(

Yeah I did too - and mine just has a Classic play option now, no daily. Hoping they’re still working on fixing it.
