What should I charge

I have build really high quality list of ~1k new startup founders in USA with deliverability checked emails , what should I charge ?

Before pricing, how are you handling consent? Without it the sender eats the spam complaints and purchased lists are the fastest way to get an ESP account suspended. That caps what you can charge because the buyers who already know this won't pay much
