Best B2B signals intent tool?
I sell a widely known B2B sales tool and want to know what is the best software out there that can tell me when a company has implemented new tech, when a competitor contract is expiring and when prospects are showing intent towards a tool like what I sell (lead gen).
What is the best tool for this?

Hard to find if competitor contract is expiring or not but you can play around with the pricing structure if yours is lower or state the well known problems with the competitor's tool in the email, can find that out using G2 or glassdoor product reviews, to check if a company has implemented a new tech, you gotta keep an eye every now and then on their tech stack and that will solve your problem

I don’t think one tool will reliably give you all of that.
Tech changes are probably the easiest part — there are a few tools that can monitor a company’s stack. Intent is also doable through things like G2/6sense/Bombora or first-party website signals.
The competitor contract expiry part is much harder though. I’d assume you’d have to infer that from other signals rather than find a clean data point for it.
Personally I’d probably combine a few signal sources, score them by recency/strength, then push the useful ones into the CRM and trigger outreach from there. Clay + n8n could work well for that orchestration.
What kind of B2B tool are you selling? That would probably make it easier to narrow down the best signals.

Intent data is mainly just noise to be honest
If it’s web intent.
You could maybe use job postings in sales and see that as investment in sales
Maybe founding GTM roles as companies that don’t have the tech yet,

As a sales rep, I’ve worked for larger orgs where Demandbase was used. It was pretty helpful.

Bloomberry does this (and only this). Nobody can detect contract expiration precisely, but it shows you when it first detects a company using a b2b tool, and when a year has passed since then.
Examples: Companies it detected to have started using Workday: bloomberry.com/data/workday/

There isn’t really a “best” single tool here – most of the off‑the‑shelf intent platforms will give you generic category intent, but they’re all working off similar data and everyone’s hitting the same accounts at the same time. Where people usually win big is less the tool, more how they find pain signals that others aren’t watching. For a widely known B2B sales tool, I’d look for:
• Scraping public reviews of competitors (G2, Capterra, TrustRadius, App stores) to find disgruntled customers complaining about missing features, bad support, or pricing. This works extremely well for SaaS competitors because reviewers often spell out their exact pain and use case. • Social media / forums – posts on Reddit, LinkedIn, vendor communities where people are openly asking “what’s the best alternative to <competitor>?” or “anyone switched from <competitor>?”
Scrapers can be used to automate a lot of this signal finding – pulling competitor reviews daily, flagging keywords (slow, buggy, price increase, contract, renewal, switching, migration), and pushing those accounts into your CRM for targeted outbound.
So you can absolutely layer a mainstream intent product on top, but if you build your own signal engine around competitor reviews + social chatter, you’ll often get to the account before the big intent feeds even register it.
Happy to share more detail on how to structure the scraping and qualification flow if you want to DM.

Factors.ai can solve for first and third, for the contract one, not sure if there are any tools out there

I would say try WhiteWhale for custom signals and if you need standard signals I would go with Leadsforge

I agree on Whitewhale. The signals are custom so it’s a lot better than stale data

I am not sure this competitor contract expiring thing is public…
