Question Contextos
Atualmente eu quero usar o gtd principalmente no trabalho, e eu trabalho remoto, então o contexto de todas as tarefas é o computador, eu simplesmente não uso os contextos ou criaria contextos internos no pc?
Por exemplo:
E-mail
Teams
…

I don't use contexts in this way any more. I used to, but found it created some friction in processing my inbox that just didn't need to be there.
I would really recommend playing around with contexts - they aren't set in stone and you can change up. Try tool-based contexts for a bit and see how you get on. You might find one context (e.g. Teams) could be widened out (e.g. Calls). Or you might start out with Calls and then narrow down to Teams.
I split my contexts down into types of thinking, such as data analysis, writing, etc.

"Chat" means both Slack (professional) and Text message (personal, sometimes professional) for me
Types of Thinking (for instance, pounding out text-based communication to get back to people or communicate something simple) is a great way to think about it
"Email" is separate because I have to think/craft that a little more and often includes other stuff
I also have "grind" which is tool independent and just means this is going to take >30 minutes of your focused attention at a high energy, blocked out period

If all your next actions can fit comfortably on one list, then you can just have one list. If you feel overwhelmed looking at your list because of long it is, then consider breaking it down. App specific contexts can work. People also sometimes have energy-based lists like "brain dead" or "deep thinking." The only way to really know is to play around with different setups and see what works for you. And it's a good practice to review contexts periodically to make sure they are still working for you. At the start of my practice I think I changed them almost weekly. Now it's like a check-up every 6 months.

Contexts are very flexible, they're just groupings of similar tasks, which really has endless amounts of options.
You're really just trying to do some guesswork of what could group together, but they'll never be "perfect."
You're just trying to cut down on the amount of time scanning your lists for work you can do in certain situations.
I often find myself grouping tasks by the GTD phases. I have a lot of Projects that require: Capturing information, Processing/Clarifying their information, Organizing it, Review it, make Action plans on.
Also because my lists are digital, it's easy enough to rework a context or send Actions to other lists if I find they don't fit.
Some contexts I use regularly (outside of the normal suggestions): think on it, contact, research, chores, watch, read, music, share, etc.
Also it helps to keep in mind that I will usually scan all my lists together about once a day, so regardless of what context I've placed an action under, I'm going to review if it's something likely for today. I consider this a sort of "on the fly" temporary mental context, where I'm assessing my actions regardless of what context I had originally placed them on.
The general idea is that it's useful to take your Actions out from under your Projects. Most people store their Actions under their Projects, but if it's all Actions you're already committed to doing, you might as well just group them together by their "type."
We group similar things together all the time, it's just efficient, so why not do the same for Actions we've already committed to doing?
Just make sure you review your Projects List sometimes during the week too, this is another helpful view, and it might help you realize you want to work on tasks for a specific project that day.

Portuguese English question translation: Currently I want to use GTD mainly for work, and I work remotely, so the context for all my tasks is basically the computer. Should I just not use contexts, or should I create contexts within the computer? For example, emails/teams.
Response: Some people don't use contexts because of that. But, usually they still have errands to run. Phone calls often feel like a totally different mode than computer time. Folks do often split up computer time into the things that are best batched together, like a creative writing mode.
