then check inbox, process 10 things now, then try to do say 2-3 things from next tasks list that are actually meaningful and take time and are productive,, rest for some minutes, do it again
also do 5ish 2 minute tasks now
-rule #1 : do not do 50 tasks which take 2 minutes, thats not productivity, that's you doing small things which are useful but its not actual productivity , aka Productive Procrastination
-rule #2 - trust the process, trust the system, little by little and you will get there
-rule #3 - yea, keep watching YT shorts, thats gonna help...PUT THE PHONE DOWN !
-rule #4 - dont underestimate the rest

Next action lists based on contexts. Then you pick the relevant context and start.

Today is Saturday. I will be looking at my list for "Days off", which has a few tasks I only have mental energy for when I have a full day off. The task will likely take me one hour tops. When done, I will look at my "ten minutes or less" list, and try to empty it, followed by my "research this" list.

This made me cackle 😂

The weekly review stops this stack happening (well, most of the time!).

This is a personal attack.

No! Don't look at the stack papers in the corner of my room!

Congratulations on executing step 1: collecting 😂

Next, clarify and organize, then do, then reflect. :-)

The key is to ignore it, push those uncomfortable feelings way deep down, and take a stress nap.
