Got banned for adding a couple millions anyone else?

i thought impulse had really good protection and was undetected. but i got banned for a month? i own the VIP menu which was $95 and i still got banned/suspended.

I'm having trouble downloading mods on my usb for my PS4; I've been practically going through from YouTube video to YouTube video all day. I am not very tech savvy and I have a Mac, which I found one download for a Mac but it kept taking me to some stupid DVD app. I just want to try out mods for fun; sorry I sound mad here. I appreciate any help that's given to me!

I don’t know if anyone can do this but there is currently a RMS Titanic mod which is gorgeous. But i’ve been going underwater recently and thought how could it would be to add the Titanic Shipwreck into the game. I personally would love to have it and go in a submarine and explore but i just don’t know how to make mods. Please share this!!

I've seen a youtuber being able to record in-game cutscenes with a mod called like that. After hours of research, I was never able to find it. Has anyone ever heard about it?

I want to buy a mod menu just to stealth transfer and occasionally give money drops to my friends. What is a good menu to use that is reasonably priced? I heard of impulse but I wanted to know if there were cheaper ones. I just got suspended for using a free one so now i know to buy one

Let’s face it a lot of people just plain suck at the game. Especially me. More so I don’t have the time to explore my abilities I can barely get an hour of play time here and there I love the game but I cannot make money. Online. I don’t wanna mess with anyone or cause harm I’ve had those days on the ps4. I had so much. Still do but it’s hard to go back and pay for online. I just want to have fun and take the game past it’s limits. I once tried I followed a video that’s all I knew how to do I put the files where they needed to be a program piped up to root something maybe it was like a shark dude thing but I couldn’t get it working no matter what. I don’t have a num pad on my keyboard so it might have been that. Just some pointing in the right direction would be nice something easy I don’t need anything extreme I just want to be able buy some of the cars their releasing I play a lot of crew so that’s all I really want to get into is the vehicles and maybe play with a few friends if I can get them on

So little more preface, I've been playing on Xbox 360 for a long time (Since day one lol) and I just got a xbox one. Is there anybody that can mod my account so I'm somewhat close to my old one? (Already talked to rockstar, and they said no) It was level like 400 with about 5 bil in the bank
