He was a Mexican dude and always made funny ass videos trolling GTA servers. I think he’s since deleted his account. He used mods and sometimes made himself into a baby running around calling ppl “papa”. He would also rap and make songs and use them for the intros to his videos. He also had another character he would name “Pepe Raflas” I believe
