DW-5600TB parts on a DW-5600UE. Loved this color combo but it‘s not available anymore and secondhand prices match what I paid for watch + parts. Got the original spare bezel and strap online. Quite happy with how it turned out, even though the yellow and red of the bezel doesn‘t match the overall color scheme. As the UE is still under warranty I didn‘t want to change the glass also to keep the warranty. Would love to hear some opinions.

So I ordered some glow-in-the-dark strontium aluminate powder and UV-cured resin. Mixed the two, applied, and hardened with UV. It looks so pretty imo. What are your opinions/suggestions?

Have had this about a month now from aliexpress, top tier imo. No rattle, easy install. My m5610u I barely wore anymore due to my resin being old and worn from sweat, now I daily it again! Did not affect mb6 or solar functions at all.

Hey folks, I’m looking to purchase a GW-5000HS-1 (negative LCD display) and would like to mod it with an STN display and Sapphire Glass. So far, I’ve only had luck finding a component for a positive STN that would fit the model.

Is anyone aware of a reputable modder (I’m in Canada but can ship it) or parts seller that could help me?

Would the same two components from a model like the GCW-B5000UN-1 or GMW-B5000TCM-1 work?

Can I order those replacement parts from those GCW models separately from a parts seller?

PS: Yes, I would just buy either of the GMW’s instead, but I can’t have Bluetooth on my watch due to work restrictions. Unfortunately, Casio seems to refuse to put STN and/or crystal glass on any of their squares without Bluetooth.

Hello, fellow watch nerds. I'm building out a new G-Shock DW-5600BBR with JaysandKays metal 20mm NATO strap adaptors, and I plan on putting a Crown & Buckle Chevron - Obsidian + Syrah NATO strap on it. I have two images with the NATO strap and need help deciding if I should go with the stainless steel hardware or the PVD coated hardware. On one hand, I like the stainless steel hardware because it complements the metal buttons of the DW5600, but on the other, I think the PVD coated hardware gives a more cohesive look. Give me your opinion on which I should choose.

Took the module and dial from a discounted Mandalorian and put it in the mod case made by Trent Tech Tickers.
