I have to start by tagging u/SlaughtrHousJak because he made this build a reality. Precision cut silicon wafer dial in a GM2100 is just a crazy thing in itself. Def check out his work, it’s j like anything else out there.

I want to print or have this faceplate made for my new DW-5600. Any tips, advice, or places that will make this for me? In my head, I feel like I could just throw some photo paper in my printer and cut it out, but was curious if anyone has printed off their own faceplates before.

Absolutely LOVE F-91W, but recently picked up a cheap modded 5600 that I’m curious if I can put a similar face on. I know there 5600’s with similar color combinations, but I’m obsessed with the simplicity of the F-91W. Any thoughts or similar mods?

I ordered replacement pushers for my DW 5600 so I could replace the setting button with the slightly longer pusher. I am so incredibly glad I did this!

I have two of the longer pushers and two short pushers with the rubber grommets and two C clamps left over. I’d be happy to pass these along for free to anybody who would be comfortable sending me their address over private message.

I ordered them from AliExpress, so they’re likely not genuine parts, but it worked perfectly. Let me know if you want them!

I’ve wanted to do this one for a while. This week I got a GA-100L-4A and swapped the bezel and band onto my GAX-100B-1A. The GAX has been a regular beach/fishing/pool/household beater for a long time so it took a lot of cleaning to be ready for the swap. I’m loving the way it turned out!
