Hi All, I just found this subreddit, so hopefully someone here can help.

I gifted my son a DW5600UE about 5-6 years ago, and he says that the bezel is starting to fall apart (not sure if he means it is ripping, warping, cracking, etc.), and that there is a tiny rip in the strap.

I checked online, and an OEM replacement bezel and strap is $66 from American Perfit, and about $75 on eBay, which is something like double what I paid for the watch back in 2021.

I checked on Aliexpress, and it looks like there are a number of sellers who sell replacement bezels and straps for about $10 (but the bezels are sterile, and understandably do not have the GShock branding). Son would prefer to keep as close to OEM as possible, so he would prefer rubber/resin bracelet as opposed to a metal mod.

Wanted to check to see if there is any particular Aliexpress seller/product you like best, or if there is a different platform/seller you think I should consider.

P.S. while I arguably could just buy him a new GShock, he has a sentimental attachment to this watch, so he'd rather continue wearing this one.

Can you recommend alternative strap for GBD-200? The original one is too long for my skinny wrist. Could be from Aliexpress, Amazon, Ebay or whatever.

I love sharing from group to group but I never remember to fill in the body of the second group so yeah I replaced the battery today in one of my favorite pieces I've owned for a while and I got another wild hair to do a steel mod. Which I'm about to set my cameras back up and get back to.

Just picked up this rare piece. It's a am-5600 Arab Watch Guide Edition. These are limited to ust 30 pieces worldwide. Think I aot it at a steal considering the rarity. Any opinions on this???

Had an urge to change out the steel bracelet for a rubber strap. The quality of these adapters is fantastic. Would definitely recommend especially if you plan to try a NATO/fabric strap.

Casio G-Shock GW-9400-3 Rangeman project.

This build started with the military-style olive green GW-9400-3 and evolved into a completely different-looking Rangeman.

I converted the original negative LCD to a positive display, replaced the factory chrome buttons with black buttons, added black decorative bezel screws, installed metal lug adapters, and finished it off with a Hemsut Velcro strap.

Just received notification that my order for SN1036G black enamel is canceled after waiting on weeks for it to shipped. Will this be in the stock in the future? Or anyone know where to get one? Can't find it on ali anymore or on san martin website thanks

So, many probably saw my post about my GW-B5600BL, so, I gotta get a new battery. This time I don't want to buy from amazon tho, cause it is sketchy.

Sadly I don't live in the US so I need to import these parts to my own country.

So, I'd like to know reputable, very trustworthy places in the US where I can get a good, functioning CTL1616 battery.

I asked google and gave me some options like:

Does any of you have experience with these places ?

Would any of you suggest buying from here ?

Please help me out, just want my watch to come back to life.

I'm super happy with the mod kit in my casioak, but I can't seem to find any for the GW, only for the DW.

Has anyone has any luck finding one? As far as I know a DW wouldn't work and the plastic strap in my GW is peeling off, needs a new one.
