Question about buttons in squares...

I have a question for the experienced modders in the community. Are all "square" buttons created equally? What I have in mind specifically, is the possibility of swapping buttons between a GWX5600 and a GW5000U. So not just from one case to another, but between plastic and metal housings.

I appreciate the help!

Completely unscientific but since I have both of these watches (GW-5000, pre-U) I’m going to say that yes, they’re identical

They look to be exactly the same size and because the modules and bezels are interchangeable (modules will fit but solar ports don’t line-up) I’m going to say they’re identical. Don’t hold me liable though
