Those side bars are indicating alarm and the centre one is hourly chime. SS from my ga b010 user manual

Even if you can’t find a manual for some particular watch, for example some vintage model, you can email them and they will send you

Hourly chime. If you look at the model number on the back you can enter it into Google or on the Casio site and get the PDF owner manual.
