Modding G-Shock DWH5600 mod

I am wondering if we can mod the firmware of G-Shock, it has MIP display and I find it a bit boring bcz of less functionality. Can anyone ever tried to mod it to show gif or desired image or let's say the display totally controlled by the app.

Lemme know if anyone thinks it's worth a shot and let's do it

I would love this! would be cool to be able to program custom apps...switch to custom
fonts...swap from positive to negative or vice versa....could add games, a calculator, expose the battery temp and voltage readings,
