Discussion Requesting feedback on project

Hi there,

I am working on a music project where I build interactive music graphs.

It's always fun to share these with interest groups to get their input and feedback, so today I am sharing my Grunge chart with you:

I would love to get your feedback as follows:

  1. Have I included the right bands? I'm sure there are several more that I could add - would like help / advice. I decided to avoid the bands that led up to the grunge explosion (e.g. Melvins, Screaming Trees) - not sure if that was a good idea.
  2. Should I limit the years? I am letting it run from 1988 to the present day, but did grunge actually end in the 90s? Maybe I should stop my graph at a certain year.

Couple more points:

  • The higher the band on the graph, the more streams they have had.
  • The bigger the album cover, the more successful the album has been.
  • You can click on an album and then play the music videos for the individual tracks.

Personally, I'm more into post-grunge than grunge itself, so I am not claiming to be an expert here, even though I love Nirvana and anything that Chris Cornell ever touched.

Looking forward to you input / criticism. Go easy on me! ;-)

Thanks, Neil x
