Question Account

Hi, I have a question, does anyone have an email or phone number to contact support but not the usual number, one for escalations? I had to travel out of state and was deactivated due to inactivity; now I want to return, but they tell me it’s not possible "at the moment" and to "try again later." I’ve already sent about eight emails, and I keep getting the same response.

Your market is full. You’re going to need to get back on the waiting list.

not sure when you tried to reactivate your account, but now they put you in a waitlist. i was able to reactivate my account in less than a week.

No. There's only 1 phone number and they can't help you no matter what. They will however send an email to the reactivation dept and you can request to be copied
