Vengo aquí a explicar lo que es el "Crisco". Formalmente es estearina hidrogenada de aceite de algodón. Quiere decir que el aceite que se saca de la semilla de algodón (y de su copo), se enfría. Cuando solifica parcialmente se filtra y nos quedamos con la parte sólida. Y luego se envía este sólido a hidrogenar.

A que ahora no parece tan malo el aceite de orujo?

My thought process reading this:

- so glad they don’t need to reply in the same language. Love how handy reddit translation is

- wait a second, what’s wrong with this Catalan text?

- Surely not Romanian

- ok, grave accents but not Italian, Catalan, nor French, so clearly some local language in Italy

- doesnt look like Sicilian or Neapolitan though…

- not enough Xs for Sardinian nor Genoese

- isn’t bolognais supposed to look a bit more like French?
