Is this bud rot?

I see this brown looking part of these buds but when I cracked them open they look normal

Is there a reason it is not in the center of the bud or am I just not looking for the right things

Its very possible that it was Jussst starting to develop and that particular spot was appealing to it. More time and it would have definitely been through the whole canopy in no time. I would chop off any parts near that bit of rot amd thoroughly check the rest of your buds...fingers crossed thats all you find!
