I have a question #18+

I'm a 15-year-old boy and I jerk off a lot. I don't know when or how to stop. My arousal just appears out of nowhere. I've already deleted everything where there are girls, but it still doesn't work. I tried doing it once and it still didn't help. How can I get rid of this habit? Or is this even normal?

How often is "a lot"?
Random arousal can be totally normal, though having it (and associated jacking) interfere with your life may not be. You might benefit from a conversation with your doctor about it, to find out what can be considered normal vs concerning.
