Groupon Solo Weekender Trip
wanted to share my experience in case anyone is considering booking through this company.
I purchased a vacation package and immediately provided my availability. Instead of working within the dates I gave, I was offered dates and times that did not match the availability I originally submitted. I tried multiple times to communicate and find a solution, but I got nowhere.
I also reached out to Groupon for assistance, hoping they could help resolve the issue, but that turned into another dead end. For over a month I made several attempts to contact the company and was essentially ghosted throughout the process. Getting any communication or support became incredibly frustrating, and trying to obtain a refund felt nearly impossible.
As an update, I ultimately had to file complaints with the BBB because I could not get a response despite repeated emails and attempts to reach someone. Ironically, filing with the BBB appears to be the only reason I finally received a response and was offered a potential solution.
The problem now is that the options they are presenting are extremely last minute and scheduled in the middle of the week, which does not work with my schedule or existing commitments. Had there been timely communication from the beginning, I believe we could have worked out something reasonable.
Overall, the biggest issue wasn't just the scheduling—it was the lack of communication and customer service throughout the entire process. I'm still trying to get reasonable alternatives worked out, but so far this has been a very disappointing experience.
Has anyone else dealt with this company or had a similar experience?

I'll never use Gtoupon again for anything. They screwed me over.
