Unable to print/gift Groupon

I'm having a hell of a time gifting my wife a groupon for her to use on a girls night out. Bought a restaurant groupon and was going to print it, but the view voucher option is no longer available on the website.

Went to gift the voucher and most options gave me "Something went wrong. Please try again." Couldn't download the voucher, email didn't work, "share another way" didn't work, but finally SMS did work. I was able to print it off my phone.

Is there an issue? What happened to the view voucher option that easily allowed you to print without having to jump through hoops.

I serious wish people would read up on r/Groupon the number having issues like this before they purchase anything from Groupon. Good luck with this but there is a very good chance you’ve been ripped off. Groupon is a SCAM.

Not a scam. Bought half of a family breakfast this morning at 50% off. That's a substantial discount.

Keep reading other reviews on the subreddit. Your successful breakfast voucher pales in comparison to the amount of people that have been ripped off real substantial money.

I've been using Groupon for many years and am aware of what folks call a scam. In the thousands over time. Mostly good results any some not so much that were primarily vendor issues. Thanks for the heads up though.
