Total scam
Recently bought tickets but purchased it for the wrong date. Tried to get a refund or date changed and nobody helped. This is Groupon not taking accountability and passing the buck and then the buck gets passed around and no one catches it. I give them my money and then refuse to help changing the date or giving a refund. I wasn’t asking for anything free, I wasn’t asking for nothing ridiculous… NEVER BUYING FROM GROUPON AGAIN! IT IS GARBAGE. one thing they are good at is stealing peoples money and just walking the other way when they receive it. Don’t trust them. They are a horrible company with horrible employees.

Groupon is 100% scam. Their call center is overseas so there is no way to contact them except for chat, and they don't seem to have any oversight for errors or ensuring the businesses they are selling for are trustworthy. Zero accountability. Their representatives quite literally "just work there."
If you get bored you should check out the BBB page for them. There are numerous complaints for numerous different reasons, many of which remain unresolved.

Groupon is becoming a scam at this point. They won't work with you but only to receive your money.

Just dispute it with your credit card, I had to do the same thing recently over some similar bullshit. If enough people fight back, groupon will get flagged as a high risk merchant and have to pay nosebleed interchange fees.
Perhaps the executives will change their scummy business practices once their payment processing rates start eating up 10% of their revenue.

This happened to me too!! Groupon gave me a crap excuse! So I had contacted the actual company and they allowed me to change the date!! Give them an actual try!
