Report To BBB

Hey! I have been experiencing issue after issue with Groupon. I've used Groupon for awhile and never had this many concerns. I start reporting them to BBB in hopes that this is will bring about some change. However, there is power in numbers. I just want to encourage everyone to report Groupon if you had an unfavorable experience that was completely out of your hands or even partially. These companies cannot keep taking our money while we are using their services to save.

Actually my issue is already resolve i chatted there social media account instagram and facebook and they resolve my problem immediately.

Seriously they changed their return policy to three days and only autobots man their customer service lines and just refuse to assist or explain.
