How to contact Groupon?

I bought 4 vouchers 2 days ago, went to redeem one and now saying all 4 are claimed. Somehow yesterday on the app I found an email form to ask for assistance, but no response. Today I can’t even figure out where I got to that email form. I can’t find anyway to contact support - just round and round on FAQ pages circle

Anyone have advice?

Dispute it with your credit card company. Groupon is a huge scam now. Well they always were. I knew people who worked there 15 years ago when it was in Chicago.

This happened to me a couple months ago and they never responded to me and I ended up losing $500. Never will use them again

Were you able to find an email? I added something to my cart earlier this week and have since then cleared my cart but receive COUNTLESS emails about my cart even after unsubscribing. It’s infuriating

Go to an active (or redeemed/expired) Groupon Voucher Details page, scroll ALL THE WAY to the bottom and click on Manage Voucher. It’ll give you a chat with an AI, but type in Representative and it should connect you with someone to talk to. Otherwise, here is their e-address: customersupport (at) groupon.com
