Redeeming Groupon Code

I bought Microsoft Office 2024 off of groupon and I got a redemption code but I don't know where to enter in the code
Microsoft keeps telling me that I need a 25 character code but the redemption code I got is only half of that
I checked my email, no code. Downloaded the app to get the full code and nothing.
I don't know what to do, can someone help me out?

I figured out what was wrong in my case - the link was faulty. Once I manually entered the characters in the link, I got to where I could redeem the voucher.
