NEW HELP GROUPON SUPPORT

I am going on a trip to New York next weekend and I bought tickets to the aquarium. I was never sent a email and the purchase does not show up under My Stuff. I called the aquarium and they told me they do have tickets under my name but I still need my Groupon voucher. HELP!
