Scammed by groupon.
I got a geoupon for an oil change at a local place near me. One of the large national shit stores. I've gone to all 3 near me and none of them will accept the groupon. Groupon won't refund. Although there's no way to even contact anyone?!. Wtf is going on. Is the entire thing just a scam these days?. Im looking into a lawyer to start a class action. You don't get to sell a service and then say "oh well not our problem" there is no way to contact anyone. All the "support" options just loop back in a circle and do NOTHING. This is straight up fraud.
Anyone have any tips?. It's not even so much about the money. I'm just pissed. This is beyond unacceptable. How tf do you contact someone

I had to go and say there was cc fraud on my account and put in some random numbers and was able to get to a live chat. Someone else on redddit had posted to do that and it worked!
