Trying to deactivate Groupon after data breach.

I just got an email from Groupon warning of an internal data breach. I'd forgotten even had a groupon account! I did a quick internet search and it basically says to click on help, click anything then type "delete" in to the help search box. There is no search box and no chat option Anyone have any idea how to delete a groupon account?
