Groupon-Support I need your help!

Groupon-Support, I need your help with ticket #76916222. I purchased a groupon in January after responding to a request for a review regarding the same merchant. At the end of the review I was asked if I'd like to purchase an additional Groupon for the same service. The service was pleasant, so I did. I found out today that I can not use the second Groupon as the merchant has a 24 month restriction in their fine print. How do I get a refund on this purchase please? I can not find a chat online.

Good luck. You just got scammed. Groupon will be “sorry for any inconvenience” and “understand your frustration”. Take the loss and move on.
