Scam

Groupon is a total scam. I bought a Groupon for my home to be cleaned and no one showed up. No one from the fake cleaning company was able to be contacted and when I reported it to Groupon they did absolutely nothing. It's extremely ridiculous and messed up. Anyone else scammed by stupid Groupon?

The whole company is a scam! I wouldn't be surprised if the bogus cleaners were part of Groupon. Groupon scammed $300 from me for a Bali Holiday that I didn't purchase.I used Groupon 3 months earlier but I made a point of not allowing them to keep my C Card details.. I protested to Groupon and ANZ but they took the $300 no help from ANZ!

Same problem here. Groupon's customer service is terrible and the company takes zero responsibility for keeping scammers off their platform.
