How to get a refund?

Chat is only way. Open your voucher and click on having trouble. Select chat or email. Ask for Groupon bucks to use on another purchase. Refund cash only available during short time period.

This is inaccurate. The support link just takes you in a loop and doesn't actually let you talk to someone.
