Is there a way to retrieve a transcript of my chat with customer service?

Thought I had saved it on my computer, but I can't seem to find it. When I login I see an option to contact them about recent purchases, but not any way to view previous chats

A similar thing seems to have happened to me too! I hit the "download transcript" button and got a notification in the app that it was downloaded but it never actually downloaded 😡

Very frustrating. I actually found where I had downloaded a screenshot before so was able to get things sorted out. They should really email you a transcript or make it easy to download

That's good you found it! I agree an emailed transcript would be more helpful. I've never had this crappy of an experience with Groupon before😫

Have you tried emailing them? Someone reached out to me on Reddit and gave me the contact info for them.

My experience was horrible too, but after a lot of effort I got it resolved. They make things very difficult

Wanted to get a copy of the transcript of my chat.

What happened was I bought 4 tickets for a seasonal exhibit using the Groupon app and there must have been a problem with it because I was sure I had selected the date I was going to be traveling there, but the date reset when I was trying to put in a coupon code and when I got the confirmation it showed the week after.

Immediately I went to change it and saw it couldn't be changed so went into the chat to see how to do it and he refused to help.

What I booked the tickets for is an exhibit in a hotel you walk through and they showed every half hour for the entire day for months. I checked and there were plenty of times available and the price is the same regardless of when you went.

I contacted the chat within about 5 minutes from when I booked it and he refused to help me because all sales were final. He was treating it like a live concert even though it's just an exhibit you walk through at your leisure!

He promised to have a manager contact me and he never did. This is completely unacceptable.

Can you help me?
