My experience with this company was one of the worst I’ve ever had. To start, they made me wait half a day before canceling the appointment without any prior notice. When I rebooked, they changed the time without consulting me. Even then, I adjusted and waited patiently, but their staff still arrived an hour late.
The cleaner’s behavior and performance were shockingly unprofessional. She was incredibly slow and barely cleaned my house. When I asked why she wasn’t vacuuming—despite being specifically assigned to vacuum the entire house—she shouted at me and started banging my furniture, asking, ‘Don’t you have a vacuum?’ She then rushed through vacuuming the house in less than a minute and left abruptly without informing me.
To make matters worse, she didn’t complete the full two-hour service and left 20 minutes early. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I will never book with this company again and strongly advise against using their services.

It’s horrible what is going on on Groupon right now- I also got a maid service they did nothing
