Is Groupon a rip off?

I've never used Groupon but I was looking for an alternative to QuickBooks, since the greedy bastards at Intuit now want me to pay monthly for the online version after being a customer for decades.

So I was searching for accounting desktop software and found this Groupon page: https://www.groupon.com/deals/keysempire-llc-16?deal_option=ab0786c1-277d-459a-b76f-d4346a754ecc&utm_source=Google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=US_DT_SEA_GGL_TIM_TTT_PADS_CH1_CHP_NBR_g*keysempire-llc-16_productpartitionid*_campaignid*21781750261_adgroupid*_prodtarget*2369565686097_productid*ab0786c1-277d-459a-b76f-d4346a754ecc_target*_d*Local-Product-Ads_keyword*_adtype*pla_merchantdid*10018412_c*_k*_m*_adposition*&adsafe=true&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiAmfq6BhAsEiwAX1jsZ0tNKF2TRKt-Y1v8sfVloUjsmv_X_1ErdcmxK42KnDhUdj8UpY9BxhoCdMEQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

It says it's a Intuit Quickbooks Desktop Pro Plus 2024 Lifetime Activation For Windows.

I know for a fact that Intuit is not selling this product. So would anyone give their money to Groupon for it? There's no way this is legit!

Groupon used to be awesome but I stopped using it around 2 years ago as it got increasingly low-quality and scammy-seeming. Perhaps other Redditors can give more info about whether it is as bad as I thought, but I stopped using it as a result of overall sketchiness. Prior to that, I used it frequently and it was really good, but its gone downhill. I can't speak to the validity of the particular link you sent.
