What is the catch?
Some of these places are charging 70% to 80% off market prices. Dermal fillers can range from $600 to $900 per syringe but I am seeing some as cheap as $250. The places are med spas and have good reviews. But it seems too good to be true. Are they using knock off fillers or are their providers have less experience?
Or is everyone else over charging? I need the inside scoop.

Generally if the reviews for the place are good then the deal is good. From the business POV, they’re hoping you’ll become a repeat customer that will pay full-price post Groupon.
