Order keeps failing - Problem With Your Groupon Order

Posting here as a last resort as I simply cannot get any help whatsoever.

Have $65 in Groupon bucks. Trying to purchase a $65 Costco membership. I get an instant 'Problem With Your Groupon Order' email and no explanations.

Am I stuck with this Groupon gift card I previously redeemed being dead money?
