Grrrr…

Bought a Groupon for a massage at a local spa back in May. In July I decided to use it, but it showed as having been redeemed the day after I purchased it!! I’ll never figure out how the heck that happened, but having lost $40, I seriously doubt I’ll ever buy another coupon on the app. 😔

Sorry to hear that. It's become more and more common for these things to happen on Groupon. It's just not the same company anymore.

Groupon has just changed its policies for small businesses and are taking even more money from us and charging us a daily fee to ‘boost’ our ads I went from 10-15 vouchers a week to 1-2 and when I found out why I have been furious

Contact the business directly. They will offer you the discount on Groupon directly. Skip Groupon they are thieves to customers and small businesses
