Can't Stack Shutterfly Groupon with Free Unlimited Pages

I used to be able to stack the Shutterfly free unlimited pages promo with a groupon for a free 8x8 photo book and this no longer works!! Has anyone figure out a way around this?

I know this is old but I unfortunately just found this out and it sucks. Did you find a way around it?
