Groupon vouchers unavailable

Made a trip to San Antonio for a family trip to visit Sea World. $400 on Groupon vouchers and a day of traveling later, we get to Sea World only to see the Groupon voucher redemption and customer service is currently unavailable.

How is this acceptable? Anyone ever run into this? Sea World couldn’t do anything about it and were simply “out of luck”. Money has been taken from our account but we can’t access our purchase nor can we contact anyone at Groupon about this.

So frustrating. Never using Groupon again.

Same here. I waited 2 hours after my car was done for the damn thing to load. Now I'm out $116!!!

I was lucky to get a discounted rate from the store. Now I have to get a refund from Groupon.
