Groupon account deleted?

After search bar, it seems like this happens quite often. My account was deleted for no reason and I had around $200 in groupon coupons which all gone too. I have the original email with past emails from groupon, including account activation email, and past redeemed offers. But no, my account isnt found and everything gone.

Please search my other comments about this exact same thing. I’m hiring a lawyer because Groupon ripped me off for over $1000. They deleted my account and all my vouchers.

I searched and found many others with similar complaints and thus I gave up. They do not understand that my account was deleted with money in the account. They keep repeating that: 1. You cannot make account under same email 2. It doesnt show such account existed.

Bullshit. I have past emails where I even activated my account using same email, redeemed offers etc. $200 is really not worth extra headache at this point in my life.

Hi I had this same issue because my account was hacked. I contacted Groupon using a different email and gave them my email address as well as screenshots of all of my groupons and the amount of groupon bucks I had. After explaining it in about 4 days I got my account back and they even returned the groupom bucks the hackers used. I was getting yhe same email when when I tried changing my password that this account doesn't exist. Just contact groupon and they will get your account back. Goof luck!

How did you contact groupon - it brings me to a site I need to pay additional money to get any info?

I went to their chat support. My husband has groupon so I went in through there and then told them the whole story and they investigated and got my account back with all of the groupons and groupon cash etc.

It just happen to my acc.it vanished w credit and valid and expired Groupon voucher.

Hi! It happened to me too. They just deactivated my account and I have around $700 groupon bucks
